Join Stephanie Blok, MS, CCLS, CMI for a 3-week series in learning infant massage strokes. This class is for babies 4-6 weeks and older (pre crawlers). Infant massage is a bonding activity between parents and their children. Infant massage is the process of stroking the muscles of an infant using a variety of specialized techniques and elements through eye-to-eye contact, smiling, soothing vocal sounds, loving touch, caressing, smell, and mutual interaction. Communication between parents and their infants is an integral part of infant massage. Research shows face to face communication between parent/caregiver and child is what stimulates brain growth and entices the child to learn.

The class will include a small bottle of organic cold pressed massage oil and step by step instruction booklet.

Unfortunately, older siblings may not attend.
