Join the City of St. Helena on Friday, July 3, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Crane Park for a special Third of July Celebration filled with hometown pride, family fun, and community spirit.

This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate two historic milestones:

  • 150 Years of the City of St. Helena (Sesquicentennial)

  • 250 Years of the United States of America (Semiquincentennial)

To commemorate these landmark anniversaries, St. Helena will kick off Napa Valley's holiday festivities with an evening featuring:

  • Live music by Fog City Swampers

  • Rock-climbing wall, giant slides, and obstacle course

  • Food vendors and local artisan shopping

  • Community celebration for all ages

Vendors Needed

The City is seeking creative vendors for the Independence Day Night Market. If you're interested in showcasing handcrafted goods, artisan products, or unique offerings, scan the QR code on the event flyer to apply.

Come celebrate 150 years of St. Helena, 250 years of America, and an unforgettable evening with friends, family, and neighbors.

Please note after deliberation and discussion the City of St. Helena will not be having a Pyrotechnic display.
