Join our instructor, Stephanie Blok, MS, CCLS, CMI, and enjoy a safe space where you can connect with other new parents, share highs and lows, discuss educational topics, and self-care tips while having a supportive space for baby bonding, tummy time, and memory making activities. Join other adults adjusting to new life challenges and changes while experiencing all the exciting milestones with your baby!

Class may include, but is not limited to, memory making crafts with your baby, discussion topics such as self-care, mindfulness and exercise, infant massage, sleep (yours and theirs), feeding, sensory topics and activities. Adults will also have the opportunity to contribute their own topics for discussion.

Parents should bring blankets, a boppy or pillow, and comfort/ soother items.

Unfortunately, older siblings may not attend.
